Yes — RMS-EM.Africa is part of the RMS group and supplies ElectroMechanica product through the authorised channel, so everything sold here is genuine and carries the manufacturer's warranty.
How do quotations work?
Add products to the quote basket and submit it. The RMS team confirms current pricing, stock and lead times, and emails you a formal quotation you can accept online — acceptance creates your order at the quoted prices.
Do I pay when I place an order?
No. Checkout submits your order without payment; we confirm stock availability for every line first, then email you a secure payment link. You are never charged for something we have not confirmed we can supply.
Where do you deliver?
In the Johannesburg area, from our Kya Sands warehouse. Outside Johannesburg, collect — yourself, or a courier or driver you nominate at checkout — or ask us to arrange export across Africa with your quotation.
